3. Detailed identification of the allegedly infringing content:

   • Its specific location on the website or application (e.g., URL, page section).

   • Sufficient details to assist moxlore in locating the content.

4. For design right infringement: Clearly identify the allegedly infringed design and provide its registration number.

5. For utility model infringement: Identify the utility model claimed to be infringed and provide a court order or judgment supporting your claim.

6. Your full company name, affiliation (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

7. A statement of good faith belief that the use of the allegedly infringing content is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or applicable law.

8. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate, and that you are the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

2. Actions Upon Receipt of Notification

Upon receiving a valid complaint, moxlore reserves the right to take the following actions:

 

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

• Disable all links directing to the infringing content.

• Notify the alleged infringing party of the removal or disabling of access to the content.

• Terminate access to and use of the moxlore service by any user or third party who repeatedly infringes moxlore’s or others’ intellectual property rights, in accordance with our Terms of Use or other policies.
